How many guests can Celebrate’s venue accommodate?
Celebrate offers two banquet rooms and a bar with a lounge. These rooms are available for rent individually, or you may rent the entire facility. In our larger room we can accommodate up to 230 guests Theater Style, and up to 200 guests seated at max capacity. Our smaller room can accommodate 20 guests Classroom Style, and up to 30 guests Boardroom Style.
What can I expect when I want to book Celebrate’s services?
One of our event planners will work with you through every step of the booking process, starting with a complimentary consultation and quote outlining our services. We believe in working one-on-one with clients to customize the room style, menu, and bar to fit their vision.
Once you choose which services and options you’d like to proceed with, we will provide you with a Proposal of Service for a final approval your event details. Final confirmation of your event requires a signed contract and deposit. Contact us to get started!
How far in advance do I need to reserve the services of Celebrate?
Celebrate operates on a first come, first served basis. We recommend reserving as soon as you can with a deposit to secure your event date. Typically we need at least 14 business days to plan and secure your event. If you have a last minute event need, call us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
Does Celebrate require minimum charges for food and beverage?

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my event?
We know that life can be unpredictable, so we are always happy to reschedule your event to an open space on our calendar. Last minute changes or rescheduling needs (less than 7 days) may be subject to additional fees, so we encourage clients to let us know as soon as their plans change to avoid those charges.
