Plated Dinner

Tomato Bisque

Fire roasted local tomatoes combined with herbs and cream to make a delicious, rich bisque.

Northwest Mixed Green Salad

Local artisan mixed greens topped with seasonal vegetables, fruit and cheese and tossed in a light balsamic vinaigrette.

Cedar Fired Stuffed Wild Salmon

Sustainable Wild Salmon stuffed with a mixture of cheese, spinach, and sun dried tomatoes.
