We are a full-service catering company with a kitchen and event center in Lake Oswego. We do both on-site and off-site events and work with a range of clients, budgets, and menus. We’re looking for people with a positive attitude who enjoy creative problem solving and enjoy working with an energetic, fast-paced catering team.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Sous Chef / Chef Assistant
This is a part time, as needed position. Hours will be based on events and kitchen load.
Ability to serve or bartend is a plus and will provide extra hours.
Job Requirements:
- Catering experience is a plus
- Enjoys working with an energetic, collaborative culinary team
- Flexibility in work hours; including some weekends, evenings and early mornings
- Passion for food and enthusiastic about meeting new culinary challenges
- Want someone willing to try new recipes and help develop items to offer clients
- Needs to have good knife skills and be efficient, clean, organized
- Should have great attention to detail in plating
- Must be reliable with a sense of pride in your work
- Ability to follow instructions and take constructive criticism
- Be flexible in the work place – we are a tight-knit team and we all pitch in to do what is needed as it is needed
Hourly pay based on experience.

Servers / Bartenders
This is a part time position with the possibility of moving to full time as we grow. Ideal candidate will have the following:
- Desire to work in the catering industry; love of food, events and the clients
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beers
- Experience in banquet service or experience as a server
- Experience setting up and tearing down banquet rooms
- Experience working with clients/customers
- Experience as cashier is a plus
- Flexibility in work hours; including some weekends, evenings and early mornings
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to work closely with others, take direction and apply constructive feedback
- Show up with a positive attitude
- Reliability is a must
- Willingness to do all aspects of event service
- Flexibility in the work place to do what is needed as it is needed
- Basic office experience is a plus
- Basic kitchen experience is a plus
- Current OLCC permit or ability to obtain OLCC permit is a plus
- Willingness to do what is needed as it is needed
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Hourly pay based on experience.
